I agree to provide my artworkin a manner ready for display, including paintings and drawings being framed and wired for hanging. At this time the 2011 art show is scheduled to be held in the Mabel Davis Senior Center in the Central Park complex, due to reconstruction of the California City Arts and Community Center.

I agree to bring artwork to the center to be signed in from 1 pm -5 pm on Friday, May 6, 2011and keep artwork displayed until 3 pm on Sunday, May 8th when the show closes. I agree that representatives of the CCAC will hang the artwork on a space available basis. I also agree to remain with my work, or have my representative remain during the hours of the show on Saturday and Sunday.

I hereby hold harmless the California City Arts Commission, the California City Parks and Recreation Department and the City of CaliforniaCity for any act or omission that causes or may cause, damage to any display of artwork, either by city staff or the public.
