Hey Hackers we're having a golf tournament! This is in conjunction with the Desert Tortoise Days city celebration. All proceeds will be going to the California City High School "Ravens" girls softball team. So we need you to come out, have fun because the softball team needs your help.
Location: The California City Par Three Golf Course.
When: Sunday May 2nd.
Time: Sign in is at 1:00 PM.
Cost: $15.00.
Registration: You have two options. 1st you can preregister by stopping by the Par Three Golf
Course, or 2nd register the day of the tournament.
This is how it is going to work:
Tee off time is at 1:30. This will be a three person blind draw scramble. Each team member has to use six drives on the 18 hole course. In addition to the tournament we are planning to have a putting contest, so get out there and practice. There is going to be a 50-50 closest to the pin on two holes during the tournament, and prizes for the contestants who finish in the 1st and 2nd place positions.
