ATTENTION!: By filling out this application you are agreeing to participate in the 2011 Desert Tortoise Days Event.  This is a two day event with setup starting on Friday the 6th. The event will be Saturday the 7th and Sunday the 8th.  You further agree not to breakdown  your booth space and leave earlier than 3:00 PM Sunday the 8th.  If you violate this agreement, you will not be allowed back for any other future events.  So PLEASE consider this before filling out your application.  Thank you

Priority will be given to applicants who return their applications early. 
 
Once you have completed the Vendor's application, you need to go to the top of the
page and click on the City License App. button.  The City License application will appear.
You will then need to download this application and fill it out.  Pleas refer to the Vendor
Information page, the Vendor's page and the City License Application page to obtain the
total amount that will be due.  On the Vendor Information page you will find the address to
mail your paperwork along with your check.  Spots have already been assigned, there is
no trading unless it is cleared through the vendor coordinators ONLY.
